Q: What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS NORMAL PAYPAL PAYMENTS, HOWEVER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS WITH PAYMENT HOLDS FOR ITEMS, DUE TO: FUNDS BEING TIED UP FOR 21 DAYS OR MORE, IF PAYMENT IS MADE THIS WAY, WE CAN NO LONGER CONTINUE THE TRANSACTION, AS WE USE PART OF FUNDS FOR THE ITEM (S) TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU, AND THIS DELAYS SHIPPING OF ITEM (S). A: Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

Q: If I Return Merchandise, How Long Will It Take To Receive Store Credit/Refund?

A: As soon as the merchandise is received back in same condition it was shipped to you in, you will receive store credit or a refund.

Q: I Have Paid For An Audiobook/Mp3/Video File, When Will I Receive It?

A: Once payment is processed (usually within 24 hours or less) the file will be emailed to email address used for payment. If you would like the file to be sent to a different email, please contact us at contact@rockerstyleclothing.com with desired email address. Note: [we will have it so the file is sent instantly soon.]

Q:When Will My Item(s) Be Shipped?

A: Normal store items ship within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment (or after payment has cleared). "Red Star*" items ship within 7 to 10 days of purchase.

Q:How Can I Check My Shippment Status?

A: All Items are shipped with a Confirmation Number, you can check updates at United States Postal Service

Q:When Will I Receive My Item(s)?

A: Please allow 7 to 10-days to receive your normal store item(s) and 2 to 4 weeks for Red Star* item(s). We ship normal store items within 1 To 2 business days ("Red Star*" items ship within 7 to 10 days.) of receiving payment (or after payment has cleared). How ever, we do not control the U.S. Postal Service. Therefore, your item may reach you in 2 days, 3 days or up to 10 days. You can check for updates at United States Postal Service

Note: International orders may take longer periods of time to be received depending on distance.

Q:Do You Ship Worldwide?

A: Yes we do ship worldwide (Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for some countries).

Q: What Size Is The Photo?

A: Photos are 8x10 inches.

Q: Does The Photo Come With A COA?

A: Yes, all signed photos come with a certificate of authenticity.

Q: Why Is The Signature In A Different Spot/Color?

A: Pictures listed are item stock photos, so signature may be in same spot or another spot and may be different color (signature may also be written slightly different as no one signs the same way twice).

 

[*Star* Policy Questions]

Q: What Is The *RED STAR* Policy?

A: When you see an item with the red star (*) Please Allow 7-10 days for all "Red Star" item(s) to be shipped out (as these items are not in our main warehouse).
Once item is shipped, we will contact you with tracking information.

Q: What Is The *GREEN STAR* Policy?

A: Green Star (*) items, are items that are on sale or discounted for a limited time so keep an eye out for them and savor the savings while they last!

 

[Out Of Stock Policy]

Q: What Happens If An Item I Purchase Is Out Of Stock?

A: All items listed are in stock at the time they are posted, how ever on some occasions the item may have just ran out of stock (last one was purchased just mintues before and our system hasn't registered it yet). We try our best to avoid that happening, but if this occurs we will notify you via email with the option of simmular items to choose from (sometimes it may even be fresh items that haven't been listed yet!) or we will give you a refund and sometimes store credit for a future purchase. (Note: You may also choose to pre-order the item or be notified when the item is back in stock.)

Q: I Saw An Item I Loved! But I No Longer See It Listed, Can I Request Info On The Item's Availability?

A: Yes you can, just email us at contact@rockerstyleclothing.com with your questions and the name of said item or item number.

Q: Why Does The "Success Page" Not Show Up On Some Purchases?

A: Rocker Style is in the process of switching over to a larger server, so if it doesn't show up don't be alarmed. We will have it fully up and running in no time.

Q: My Favorite Band Doesn't Seem To Be On The Site, Can I Request Items Of Them?

A: Yes you can, if you would like to make an "Item Request" send us an email to contact@rockerstyleclothing.com with the name of the band (if there is a speific item you'd like with them include that too). We will be sure to try and track down some wicked merch of your favorite band and we will notify you when we have it in stock!
